Delivery

Delivery

Every edition is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

After you pay

Within about 10 minutes, you receive an email with a link to download your files. The files are shared through Google Drive with the email address you gave at checkout. Please open the link while signed in to Google with that address. A Gmail address works best.

What you receive

• Lossless TIFF print files in 4:3 and 3:2, each with and without the title, for prints two to four feet wide;
• a gold mask for metallic or foil gold;
• your Collector's Folio and numbered certificate, made out in your name, sent by email within two working days.

If nothing arrives

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email hello@eternalelementia.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will send your files the same working day.

Keeping your files

Your download link stays open for 30 days, so please download your files and keep them safe. If you ever need them again, write to us and we will send a fresh link.

Prints

We do not sell or ship physical prints yet. Take the files to a print studio of your choice. Write to us if you would like a recommendation.
