Terms of sale

Plain terms for buying and living with an Eternal Elementia edition.

Who we are

Eternal Elementia is run by Vishal Bhargav, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at hello@eternalelementia.com.

What you buy

Each edition is a digital collector's edition. It includes lossless print files (TIFF) for prints two to four feet wide, a gold mask for metallic or foil gold, a Collector's Folio, and a numbered certificate made out in your name. No physical item is shipped. See Delivery.

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the artwork page and at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Your licence

The artwork stays the copyright of Eternal Elementia. Buying an edition gives you a personal licence to use the files. You may:

• print the work, at any size the files support, to hang in your own home or office;
• print it as a gift for someone, for their own home;
• keep copies of the files for your own safekeeping.

You may not share, upload, resell or give away the files; sell prints or products made from them; use them in advertising, merchandise, NFTs or AI training; or alter the work and present it as your own. Interior designers, hotels, offices and other commercial spaces need a commercial licence: write to hello@eternalelementia.com.

Your certificate

Each certificate number is recorded in our registry and can be checked on the Verify page. If you give the work to someone else, tell us and we will note the new collector. If the files are shared or sold against these terms, we may revoke the certificate.

Printing and colour

Every work is test-printed before release. Colour still varies with printer, paper and screen, so ask your print studio for a small proof first. We are glad to advise. Please print the files as they are, without resizing or compressing them.

Vastu and prosperity

Our placement notes follow the traditions of Vastu Shastra. They are symbolic guidance offered in good faith, not a promise of any result.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
