Refunds and cancellation

If something is wrong with your edition, we will put it right.

Files that don't arrive or don't work

If your download link has not arrived within 24 hours, or a file will not open, is damaged, or is not as described, write to us. We will fix it or send it again. If we cannot, we will refund you in full.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money left your account but no order was made, we refund the extra amount in full.

Cancelling an order

Files are usually delivered within minutes. If you write to us before your files have been delivered, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Change of mind

A digital file cannot be returned once delivered, so we are unable to refund a change of mind after delivery. If you are unsure about size, colour or placement, write to us before you buy and we will help.

How to ask

Email hello@eternalelementia.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your certificate number or Razorpay payment ID. We reply within one working day.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. When an edition is refunded, access to the files ends and its certificate is marked Refunded in our registry.
